By using the iHyper app, the user accepts these terms and agrees to comply with applicable laws and fair-use rules.
1. General usage rules
- the user is responsible for accurate account data and account security;
- using the service for unlawful activity is prohibited;
- violating third-party rights, including content and personal data rights, is prohibited.
2. UGC, complaints and moderation
No tolerance for abuse, harassment and spam.
The following is prohibited:
- insults, threats, bullying, and harassment;
- spam, fraud schemes, and intrusive advertising;
- sexual, violent, or otherwise illegal content;
- any content that violates law or third-party rights.
Content and behavior complaints are accepted via support and are processed within an estimated 24 hours.
3. Enforcement actions
In case of violations, the service may remove content, restrict functionality, or fully suspend the account.
